Our Services
Our specialty is providing full-service monthly accounting to business owners who don’t want to do it all in-house. Every customer is unique so all our services are designed and priced individually. But overall, these are the three levels of service we offer:
1 Starter Accounting
A no-frills set of services for soloists and small businesses with minimal accounting needs. Price range: $675-$1,275/month.
2 Accounting Manager
A fuller range of services for businesses with greater accounting volume and complexity. Price range: $1,275-$2,475/month.
3 Controller/CFO
Specialized services for larger businesses that are trying to take their accounting and financial management to the next level.
Price range: $2,475-$4,875/month.

QBO setup and maintenance, weekly bookkeeping, bank feeds and bank rules management, basic monthly financial reporting, and semi-annual financial check-ups (mid-year and year-end).

All Starter services plus: continuous bookkeeping, hands-on A/R and A/P management, complete payroll and HR service, cash flow planning, in-depth financial reporting and analysis, and quarterly financial check-ups.

Everything in the Accounting Manager package plus assistance with special projects like: advanced QBO functions, KPI systems, budgeting and forecasting, tax planning, review or audit services, and applying for a bank loan or credit line.
About Us
Scooter was started by Will Keller, a veteran accountant who saw how time-consuming and irritating accounting was for most business owners. “What the world really needs,” he said to himself as he ate his PBJ lunch every day, “is a firm that provides simple, all-inclusive monthly accounting services to small businesses. And gosh darn it, all the work needs to be done online.” So he put together his tool kit, built a one-page Squarespace website, and started Scooter.
